§3. Aims, legal basis and scope of data processing. 

  1. We will process your data:
  1. for contact purposes, in order to reply to your message sent to us directly by e-mail or via a form on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest in responding to you.
  2. for statistical, analytical and traffic monitoring purposes using cookies, on the basis of the Administrator’s legitimate interest related to the correct operation and functioning of the Site and conducting site traffic analysis.
    1. The operator uses statistical analysis of website traffic via Google Analytics (Google Inc., based in the USA). The operator does not transmit personal data to the operator of this service, only anonymised information. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device.     2. The operator uses the Facebook pixel. This technology means that Facebook (Facebook Inc., USA) knows that a person registered with it is using the Website. The Operator does not transmit any additional personal data to Facebook. The service is based on the use of cookies on the user’s terminal device.

We are unable to determine for how long we will process your personal data.
